One review your whole team can act on
Walk the build, narrate what needs to change, and publish a single review that serves a developer, a designer, a stakeholder, and an AI coding agent from one link.
CobaltCapture is a free, browser-based way for product managers to turn a walk-through of the build into one review the whole team can act on. Capture each screen, narrate the decision or the problem, and publish. The result is a single URL that a developer, a designer, a stakeholder, and a coding agent each read in the format that suits them.
The PM problem is fan-out. The same feedback has to reach engineering as actionable detail, design as visual critique, and leadership as a clean summary. Retyping it three times is the tax, and the three versions drift. A single artifact that each audience can open in their own way removes the tax.
Walk the build, capture the decisions
Open the staging build or the deployed feature. Click Capture screen, crop to what you are reacting to, and dictate the call: "Ship this, but the empty state needs copy. This modal should be a slide-over. Cut the second tooltip." Each screen holds its own captures and notes, so a full product review is a sequence of decisions in order, captured as you go rather than written up after.
Run the same pass on a staging site review before launch, and the pre-ship gate and the feature review share one workflow.
One review, every receiver
Engineers get the markdown export, which pastes into a GitHub or Linear issue, or straight into a Cursor or Claude Code session with the screenshots and context attached. Designers get the cropped screens with pins on the exact spots. A stakeholder gets the clean stakeholder URL at /s/
Competitive and discovery work
The same capture flow covers the research side of the job. A competitive teardown is a deck of a competitor's screens with your commentary, captured as you click through their flow, ready to share with the team. Capturing the artifact while you browse beats trying to reconstruct it from memory later.
What ships out
A public review URL, plus markdown, PDF, and Word exports, one click each. The source URL is stamped on every frame and pins are burned into the exports, so the review stays legible wherever it lands. No install, no extension, no per-seat plan to expense.

Frequently asked questions
Can one review serve both my engineers and a non-technical stakeholder?
Yes. The full /r/<slug> page carries export tools for the team, and the clean /s/<slug> stakeholder URL strips the editing chrome for an exec or a customer. Same review, two surfaces. You can also export markdown for engineers and a PDF for the stakeholder readout.
Do I need to write up the feedback after reviewing?
No. You dictate as you walk the build, so the write-up is the review. By the time you hit publish, the screens, the context, and the asks are already a shareable document.
Is it usable across the whole team without buying seats?
Yes. CobaltCapture is free with no per-seat pricing, so every PM, designer, and engineer can capture and publish without a paid seat.
