How do I dictate my commentary instead of typing?
Each item has a Dictate button. Click it and talk, and your voice is transcribed into the comment. Dictation works in Chrome and Edge; you can always type instead.
Talking through a screen is often faster and catches nuance you'd skip when typing.
- On any item, click Dictate.
- Talk. Your speech is transcribed into that item's comment field as you go.
- Click again to stop. You can edit the transcript afterward.
Dictation uses your browser's built-in speech recognition, which Chrome and Edge support. Firefox doesn't, so type there. Only one item records at a time.
