# Cobalt Capture

Cobalt Capture is a browser-based screen-capture and visual-feedback tool for product managers, marketers, designers, QA leads, and client-facing operators reviewing a website, app, or design. Users capture a tab or window with native browser APIs, narrate or type commentary on each screenshot, then publish a public review URL that exports cleanly to markdown, PDF, Word, or HTML -- so the feedback works for human readers and AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) equally well.
